	In the Sölden Glacier Ski Area the following ski lifts and slopes are in operation: Rettenbach Glacier: • 8-person gondola Schwarze Schneid I • 8-person-gondola Schwarze Schneid II • Karleskogl t-bar • Seiterjöchl t-bar • Piste 31 (black) • Piste 32 (blue) • Piste 33 (blue) • Piste 34 (blue) The ascent to the base terminal (parking area) is possible.

SKI WORLDCUP OPENING 2008 - SÖLDEN

On 25+26 October 2008 Sölden/Tirol/Austria again hosts the ultimate FIS Ski World Cup Races. As every year, the women's giant slalom opens the new World Cup season. In the 2008/09 winter season Alpine Ski World Championships are scheduled as well.

NEW! GIGGIJOCH 8-PERSON CHAIR LIFT

In December the new, state-of-the-art 8-person chair lift with wind protection shields will be in operation - replacing the old Giggijoch triple chair lift.
