LOFT SAUNA

The wonderful Loft Sauna is like a traditional Finnish sauna and has several tiers of wooden benches with temperature varying from 55°C to 115°C depending on where you sit.

EARTH SAUNA

This pinewood log cabin is half underground, half above ground. The wood creates a very special atmosphere making the high temperatures up to 90°C tolerable.

HAY BARN SAUNA

This rustic-looking sauna has a temperature of around 70°C. After the sauna bath, which should not last longer than 10 to 20 minutes, you should cool off in the fresh air before dipping into the plunge pool. A warm footbath afterwards will prevent you from getting a cold. Then it's time for a rest.

HERB BATH

This gentle sauna version (50°C) pampers you with light and sound effects. It is the ideal alternative for persons with poor blood circulation. The bath should not last longer than 20 minutes.

COOL POOL

There is nothing like a dive into cold water to boost your blood circulation after an invigorating sauna session.

STEAM BATHS

Feel the healing and revitalizing power of life and dive into a world of pleasant warmth, relaxing fragrances and surprising attractions.

BRINE STEAM BATH

Brine steam clears the respiratory system. A brine vaporizer and a graduation system make for an ideal climate. At the pleasant temperature of 45°C a maximum stay< of 15 minutes is recommended.

STEAM DOME

Steamy relaxation. The name already hints at the size of the steam bath. A steam cure at about 45°C (10 to 20 minutes) leaves your skin soft and tender, rids your system of toxins and has a healing effect on the respiratory system. Afterwards a cold shower or a dive into the cool pool are recommended.

BRINE GROTTO

The warm brine has a soothing effect on the respiratory system, skin and overall wellbeing. The brine grotto is finished in fine natural materials such as stone and wood, and features a temperature of about 30°C to 35°C. A relaxing session should not last longer than 15 minutes - revitalizing, healthy, invigorating!

GLACIER GROTTO

Come and enter our ice grotto after a visit to the sauna. Chill your system and enjoy the sensations of ice trickling down on your face and body - refreshing, invigorating and vitalizing!

KNEIPP TRAIL

Another healthy way to cool off is our Kneipp Trail that was arranged according to the principles of Sebastian Kneipp: warm - cold - warm. We recommend this method to improve your blood flow and boost your circulation and immune system after a visit to the sauna - strengthening and invigorating!
