The challenging 5-day tour starts in Vent, leading across the central area of the Ötztal Alps. Some of Tirol's most attractive and demanding 3000 meter high peaks are climbed in the course of this outstanding ski mountaineering tour.

The tour is very challenging and requires a good physical shape and an excellent stamina. Recommended only in good weather! Some of the peaks feature very steep rock faces. Additionally, there are view ferrate with steel ropes at Finailspitze peak, Weißkugel summit and Wildspitze mountain.
Leaving out the peak trails and stopping at the ski storage areas, the entire tour is quite easy. Glacier crossings should be made only with the right equipment (crevasses!). One of the most dangerous spots is the steep cirque covered with corn snow between Mitterkarjoch saddle and Mitterkarferner glacier. There is a high danger of slipping off!
