From Hochsölden you take the Dr. Bachmann path over steep terrain to the Peerlersee. On this hike you can enjoy the magnificent view of Sölden and the Nederkogl behind the village. Loud whistles indicate the presence of the marmots. You are in a high alpine landscape that you just have to fall in love with. On the way back you descend via the Almen to the small hamlet of Granstein and then on to Sölden.
