However, a stop in Sölden's traditionally serviced mountain huts and Alpine pasture inns is an absolute must and you will soon find out why. Some are conveniently located close to the valley floor, others can be reached after a short mountain gondola ride or by hut taxi, still others only by a long walk on foot.
