The latest weather models indicate, that a high-pressure area in ground-level air layers over Scandinavia and an upper low-pressure area over Central Europe will result in the continuation of the cold air until Saturday. Bright sunshine and clear blue skies are expected. Fortunately, the temperatures will decrease to deeply wintry levels in the clear nights. Also, throughout the day, the temperatures will remain mostly below the zero degree level. A change of air masses is forecast for Sunday. Then, troughs from the Atlantic will head towards us. Therefore, milder air will reach us in batches. Decreasing temperatures are expected now and then and precipitation is occasionally expected too. The snow line will range between 1000m and 2000m.
