The evening starts with a warm welcome incl. mulled wine that breaks the ice for sure before kitchen chef Robert Kleinlercher himself serves hearty soups. Followed by a fine order of "The Wishing Table" courses offering all sorts of traditional and freshly interpreted specialties, such as medaillon of pork fillet, Backhendl (breaded fried chicken) and meatballs from the calf on a trendy table buffet.
After the main course, everyone changes to the Special Guest Terrace to enjoy a premium view of the spectacular show program complete with fireworks, performed by Skischule Sölden-Hochsölden. As a culinary culmination of the evening you enjoy a typical dessert like Ziachkiachl (fried alpine doughnut) & more.
