Bergbahnen Sölden Mountain Lift Company

  • Discounted lift tickets (e.g. children, youth, seniors, disabled, ...) are issued on presentation of a photo ID only! We hope you'll understand that we can not make exceptions.
  • Disabled persons: with a minimum of 60% disability grade child rates apply (not valid for season ski passes!)
  • For senior citizens over 80 years child rates apply (age 1938 and earlier) - (not valid for season ski passes!)
  • Ski passes and day tickets are personal passes and therefore not transferable! Misuse of ski passes will be prosecuted and reported to the responsible authorities! Any incident of fraudulent use shall result in the immediate confiscation of the ski pass.
  • Once purchased, tickets may not be exchanged or prolonged afterwards. Once purchased, ski passes can not be changed or alternated. They are not transferable to other persons. Do not buy any tickets or passes from unauthorised vendors – such tickets or passes may be blocked! Furthermore, you are committing an offence by doing so! Please note that, for verification purposes, photographs are taken at all inspection points in the Sölden ski area.
  • No ski pass refund in case of loss.
  • For overlapping season times we charge a mixed rate.
  • The skipass is valid on all operating mountain lifts within the terrain of Sölden's Ski Area (Winter Ski Area and Glacier Ski Areas); additionally, 3+ day passes are also valid in the  Obergurgl/Hochgurgl Ski Area between 16 Nov 2017 and 22 Apr 2018 - but they are not valid in Vent.
  • Normally ski passes are valid from the date of issue. On request all ski passes (half-day passes and 1.5-day tickets excepted) can be purchased in advance. Ski passes can be used from 3pm the day prior to its date of issue (common Sölden-Obergurgl/Hochgurgl ski pass excepted). Ski passes are valid on consecutive days; it is not possible to make a break in-between (flexible passes excepted).
  • Refund of ski passes: Only in case of a sports accident directly in the ski area! The ski pass of the injured person will be refunded (no refund for accompanying persons) at the ski pass desk on presentation of the official rescue certificate issued by the slope rescue team of Bergbahnen Sölden. Ski pass days following the day of the accident will be refunded but not the day of the accident itself.
    Hourly tickets and 1-day ski passes will not be refunded. In case of a refund the rescue, service and first aid costs arising from the slope rescue will be deducted immediately according to the invoice/official certificate issued by the rescue team.
  • Ski passes will not be refunded or extended in case of bad weather, avalanche danger, early departure, illness, discontinued lift operation, closed ski runs etc.
  • The Sölden Lift Company reserves the right to close some ski lifts during or at the end of the winter season due to insufficient snow levels, and to stop the operation of ski bus shuttles at the end of season.
  • Please note the information boards at the entrance to the ski lifts and base terminals.
  • The company reserves the right to amend prices, particularly during special events.
  • The single services included in this card are provided by legally independent business partners. The partners selling this card only act as agents for all the other business partners. Therefore, only the respective partner is liable for compensation claims and obliged to provide the single service he offers.
  • Promotional discounts and quiz game prizes not valid for season ski passes.
  • Information on PhotoCompare according to § 24 DSG 2000 (data protection): Please note that a reference photo of the skipass holder is taken for access control purposes when he/she passes the turnstile equipped with a photo camera system for the first time. The lift staff compares this reference photo each time the skipass holder passes another turnstile equipped with a photo camera system. The reference photo will be deleted as soon as the skipass expires, all other photos will be deleted from the system within 30 minutes at the latest after passing the turnstile. Important note: It is also possible to purchase a skipass configured differently so that no photo is taken by passing a turnstile equipped with a photo camera system. Therefore the lift staff is allowed to make spot checks on a regular basis.

CARD SYSTEM

Ski passes are only available as hands-free key cards. Purchasing the Key Card lift ticket you pay a single deposit of Euro 3.00. This deposit will be refunded if the key card is returned in a reusable condition. You can return Key Cards at all ski pass offices and sports shops and at most gas stations, pubs, bars and restaurants. The validity of you ski pass is checked electronically by accessing one of the feeder ski lifts within the entire Sölden Ski Area.
