CULINARY INNOVATION AT GAISLACHKOGL (MIDDLE STATION)

Scenic Gaislachkogl peak makes a worthwhile destination for active mountain fans throughout the seasons. In order to meet all culinary expectations of such sporty guests, Bergbahnen Sölden is building two completely new restaurants at the middle station.

Light-flooded, high rooms with large panoramic windows create a highly appealing atmosphere where also the majestic Ötztal mountains take a seat right at your table. Nature experience close up is ensured even more on one of the two south-facing sun terraces. Both restaurants are directly connected to the slopes or can be reached via a ski bridge.

Falcon: Service restaurant

The modern service restaurant on the upper floor offers personal table service. “A gastronomic experience for all senses” is the overarching slogan here too. Gourmet fans will enjoy both regional and sustainable cuisine.

The entire concept promises a high culinary level including a good portion of creativity. In line with this idea, the huge choice of Austrian wines also plays a central role.
