Hostel in the valley. The hostels has a common-room and a ski-room. There are 3 rooms, with each 17 beds at your disposal. 1 camp for 18 persons. Possibility for washing: ladies - 2 showers, 3 washbasins and 2 WC; gentleman - 2 showers, 4 washbasin and 2 WC.You have to bring your sleeping-bag. Surcharge for bed-linen. There must be keep some free beds vor AV-members until the evening.

Fiegl's Hütte on Windachalm 1985m:Visit our Fiegl's Hütte in the romantic Windachtal,better known as "LITTLE CANADA" among mountain and hunting aficionados.Approx. 1h45min. walking time from Sölden. It's also possible to take the bus line from Sölden to us. The bus stops approx. 500m in front of our hut. For bike aficionados there are plenty of singletrail routes in all difficulties leading from and to the hut.Tasty dishes, refreshing drinks and a cozy spot with a great view right to the Stubai and Ötztal Alps...Fiegl's Hütte...amidst "Sölden's quiet part". It's the starting point for scenic mountain hikes e.g. to the "Zuckerhütl", the highest mountain in the Stubai Alps, as well as various hut hikes: Hochstubaihütte 4-5h, Siegerlandhütte 3h, Hildesheimerhütte 3h and Brunnenkogelhaus 3h, Kleble Alm 2h.However, if these tours are too demanding, you can also hike leisurely in the Windachtal - without high gradients - on a comfortable hiking path. About 90 vertical meters (15 min. walking time) above the mountain station of Schwarze Schneid mountain gondola you'll find a pyramid and place of strength, perching at an altitude of 3340 m in the middle of a circular platform made of larch wood - framed by the sky and snow. Those who conquer the steep ascent will be rewarded with picturesque vistas of countless three thousand meter high peaks. The 360° view also comprises the Dolomites in the south and Zugspitze in the north - some 100 km away.
