Our biking mountain rescuers
This is unique in Tirol: we have six full-time mountain rescuers who are on duty throughout the biking season. Not only are they highly trained, they have also perfectly organized the rescue chain in the Bike Republic and are on site quickly.
SOS-EU-ALP APP
You can further simplify the work of mountain rescuers by installing the free SOS EU ALP app. It offers precise location details via smartphone, which is transmitted directly to the responsible control center in an emergency.
rescue cost insurance
Tirol’s Mountain Rescue Service offers worldwide rescue cost insurance for the entire family for just € 32 per year. In this way, you support mountain rescue and at the same time insure yourself, your partner in the same household and children up to the age of 18. You can register for the insurance directly HERE.
