Lifts in Operation
A low-pressure area over the Atlantic has started to determine the weather over our regions. A high-pressure area and an inflow of high warm air approaching from south-west Europe will influence its front. Spring-like weather is expected until into Friday. A mix of sunshine and clouds will result in pleasantly mild temperatures during the daytime. The frost line will be located near 3000 m above sea level. Towards Saturday, the föhny south-westerly wind will strengthen in the mountains. Saturday afternoon will bring a strong cold front, cold air will inflow our regions. Early wintery cold temperatures will return, however, larger amounts of new snow are not expected.
