1. Adrenalin Cup Event
The Adrenalin Cup is an event executed by Bergbahnen Sölden, Dorfstraße 115, 6450 Sölden (hereinafter referred to as "organizers").
The Adrenalin Cup is a recurring event and always lasts for one winter season (21.01 - 31.03).
The organizers use the Adrenalin Cup installations to execute a multi-sportive, season-long competition. Participants are persons who conform to the terms of particiation and who take part in the Adrenalin Cup. Results produced at the installations (time measurement, jump measurement, videos, photos, usage) are collected and evaluated on the Adrenalin Cup portal. This includes the identification of winners. In regard to software, the Adrenalin Cup is operated and maintained by Alturos Destinations GmbH on behalf of the organizers.
2. Eligibility for participation
Everybody in possession of a valid skipass is eligible for the Adrenalin Cup Sölden. The participation is voluntary. With their participation, participants agree to the following terms. Employees of Bergbahnen Sölden, Ötztal Tourismus and Alturos Destinations GmbH are free to take part in the Adrenalin Cup. However, these persons cannot receive prizes.
3. Violation of terms of participation
A violation of the terms of participation or the terms of use of the Adrenalin Cup installation (see notice of the ski lift operator on site) leads to an immediate exclusion from the Adrenalin Cup for the respective season. In these cases, prizes can be denied retroactively and awarded to the participant next in ranking.
4. Revocation of participation
Every participant can revoke his or her participation in writing to Skiline GmbH, Lakeside B03, 9020 Klagenfurt. By doing so, the receipt of possible prizes is excluded. Minors require the approval of their legal representative for participation. Such an approval must be given in written form by the time of handing over of prizes.
5. Operation of installations
The Adrenalin Cup installations are a fundamental element of the Adrenalin Cup. Participants use the installations to win points necessary to rise in the ranking. The Adrenalin Cup installations are operated by Bergbahnen Sölden. The ski lift operator cannot be held liable for disturbances caused by technical problems or the weather. The organizers further exclude any liability for direct or indirect accompanying damages or subsequent consequences originating from activities carried out within the scope of the Adrenalin Cup.
6. Declaration of consent
By participating at the Adrenalin Cup, participants agree to the publication of their name as well as their videos and photos produced at the Adrenalin Cup installations on adrenalincup.soelden.com, Ötztal TV as well as in media of Ötztal Tourismus, Bergbahnen Sölden and Alturos Destinations GmbH.
7. Data protection
The organizing companies obligate themselves to comply with the applicable provisions of data protection and to not pass on personal data to third parties. With their participation at the Adrenalin Cup, participants agree that the data provided by them is stored and used by Bergbahnen Sölden, Ötztal Tourismus and Skiline GmbH. This consent can be revoked any time in written form to Skiline GmbH, Lakeside B03, 9020 Klagenfurt.
8. Period
The Adrenalin Cup Sölden lasts throughout the entire season (21.12 - 31.03). All skipasses entered before or after the given time period cannot be considered in the ranking. In its function as a technical provider, Skiline reserves the right to retroactively declare runs violating the rules invalid and to disqualify the respective participants.
9. Disqualifications of runs
Any violation of the terms of participation or the terms of usage of the Adrenalin Cup installations as well as verifiable attempt to defraud lead to an irrevocable disqualification of the respective run. Further, technical problems may also lead to disqualifications. This may especially happen in case of too direct sunlight or other unfavorable circumstances caused by the weather that are able to disturb the proper functioning of the camera(s), hindering it/them to film the participant from the start to the finish line. Since only entirely recorded runs can be considered valid, technical problems may thus lead to disqualifications, even if the participant completed the course in a correct manner.
10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The terms of participation are subject to the laws of the federal republic of Austria. Place of jurisdiction for any legal proceeding concerning these terms of participation is the place of business of the organizers.Should individual provisions become ineffective or unable to be performed for legal reasons, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Declaration of Consent
I declare that I intend to participate in the system Skiline, and that I have read the description of the system and the Terms of Use stated herein below. I hereby consent to the electronic storage and processing of my personal data or video recordings which I provide or which are captured at ski lift access points or at race courses.
I further consent to the additional use of these details by the operator of Adrenalin Cup systems, the mountain railway companies whose ski pass I put in or register with the Adrenalin Cup, the companies Bergbahnen Sölden, Dorfstraße 115, 6450 Sölden, Ötztal Tourismus, Gemeindestraße 4, 6450 Sölden, and Alturos Destinations GmbH, Lakeside B03, 9020 Klagenfurt, to send me supplementary information by mail or electronic mail.
I know that I may withdraw the forwarding of information or the use of my name in electronic hit lists or in video recordings at any time, in written form, upon entering my respective information into the electronic system. I also know that I may terminate my Adrenalin Cup participation at any time through my respective internet entry in http://www.skiline.cc or by email to . In this case, my data will be deleted and the deletion will be communicated to the mountain railways involved.
Granting the consent to process personal data is mandatory for commercial and marketing purposes, too. If you do not want to grant consent to process personal data for commercial or marketing purposes, the registration at our website is not possible. It is, however, possible at any time to request deletion from our mailing lists.
Terms of Use
The Adrenalin Cup portal is a service provided by Alturos Destinations GmbH, Lakeside B03, 9020 Klagenfurt, Österreich and an internet portal that has to be accessed via webbrowser or Adrenalin Cup Terminals.
Prior to the provision of any of our services, we require your consent to electronically process the information entered by you as well as information deriving from control systems within the ski lift system, to send you emails and disseminate this information including forwarding your contact details (name and email address) to the respective mountain railway company, the ski pass of which you register with Adrenalin Cup and to use the information.
We would like to point out that in your own interest you must keep passwords secret and notify us for instance by email (), in the case of loss or suspected unauthorized use of a password.
