In the small hamlet of Windau at the height of Windau’s central bridge, walkers discover a small,inconspicuous wooden hut. Only the large wooden wheel at one side reveals that the building is a mill. Even today the mill is still operated by eight residents of the village.

The pub was opened in 1998 and has had a typical Irish "face" since October 2004. All ages and social classes meet for a cosy chat or to experience an exciting sporting event "live" on the screen. Billiards, table football and darts are also offered.
