For years "Joe's Höhle" the steak house in the lower floor of the Hotel Castello Falkner, has been the insider tip for culinary pleasure in Sölden.
Meat cravings are part of the menu here! The range varies from the lean Lady Steak with 120 g to the heavy weight Flank Steak with 900 g (US Beef): of course, everything is perfectly cooked with typical side dishes of your choice. The brand new addition to the Steak House menu is the original "Wagyu" Beef, the most expensive meat on earth. The skilful preparation style creates a pleasure of steak, as it should be. Whether rare or medium - it is definitely well done! Those who are looking for other "delica-seas" will find steaks made of tuna, salmon or tiger prawns.
