Wintry epicenter of events
The name says it all: Sölden sparks true event fireworks during the winter months. Every year, the traditional Alpine Ski World Cup Opening at Rettenbach Glacier signs the start of the season - here the world's best female and male giant slalom ski racers fight for the first points of the season. The popular Electric Mountain Parties and the eponymous 2-day Electric Mountain Festival beyond 2300 meters altitude - attracting top DJs of electronic dance music to Sölden - promise phat beats and sunshine in abundance. Wow moments and true amazement await you at the "Hannibal" Glacier Spectacle performed every two years, it tells the life story of the famous Carthaginian commander in spectacular pictures.
Due to the currently applicable legal framework and restrictions, it is not possible to hold events. The weekly events Indian Girl (night ski show) and the Sölden / Electric Mountain parties will NOT take place at the moment. The implementation of the Electric Mountain Festival (April 8 + 9, 21) or Hannibal (April 16, 21) is currently still open and also depends on the legal framework. More information will be given in good time.
The weekly night skiing incl. tobogganing (without show), the wishing table, ELEMENTS by night and the summit dinner are planned to take place by the end of January - more information to come.
