Our BASEFIVE vision is to give each of our members a new and strengthened body awareness by pushing their limits together through fundamental training. As a location for training, we focus on personal goals and individual progress. Our team supports you throughout your entire journey - starting with a detailed check-up and anamnesis, through our holistic training concept, to individual support far beyond the training itself. In addition to group and personal training, we also offer physiotherapy and training therapy.
