Entering the deep green forests you experience unspoilt nature with all senses. The forest requires peace, silence and quiet. Gasthof Moosalm 1.500 m
Literally translated, the "mossy pasture" fits perfectly into the FOREST AREA. This traditional Alpine inn, nestling in a hillside location at 1,500 m, provides scenic views. Cozy wooden furniture, wood-paneled ceilings, comfy rooms and a little pool offer everything you could possibly desire. Excellent Tirolean treats are on the menu, prepared only with fresh products from own farming.

The Ötztal Alps also have their smooth part: gentle pasturelands and wide open Alpine meadows in full bloom also feed cows, goats and sheep spending the summer months in the high Alpine regions. Lush fresh grass is of utmost importance to them. The hungry hiker can sample delicious homemade butter, yogurt or cheese specialties. Warm cow milk also ranks among the absolute rarities! Others prefer fruit juice or freshly draught beer. Numerous mountain hut keepers serve homemade delights on their sun-flooded panoramic terrace or in the quaint wood-paneled parlor.

Stallwies Alm 1.850 m
Culinary delicacies at 1,850 m in the foothills of mighty Söldenkogl peak: all day long the host himself prepares mouth-watering Tirolean delights for his guests at charming Stallwies Alm amid Sölden's PASTURELAND AREA. Weekly hut evenings are held where venison dishes, pork shanks, spare ribs and other treats are served in the wooden parlor or outside in the sun. Open 365 days.t.

Kleble Alm 2.015 m
PASTURELAND AREA unplugged – welcome to Kleble Alm at 2,015 m. A rustic mountain hut without electricity, offering a marvelous sun terrace and unrivaled panoramic vistas. Overnight stays are possible.  Majestic Söldenkogl peak towers high above the scenic hut. Warm meals available all day, prepared with only the best ingredients from own farming.

Brunnenberg Alm 1.973 m
Tirol's oldest serviced mountain hut at 1,973 m towers below Brunnenkogel peak and its high ALPINE AREA. Lovely Brunnenberg Alm has still maintained its authentic flair. A kids' playground and a natural bowling alley – entirely made of wood – add to a memorable experience. Warm meals are served daily from mid-June to late September, either on the sunny terrace or the cozy Stube.

Above the timberline nature opens up new dimensions under deep blue skies. A perfect place to sharpen your senses. Jackdaws, chamois and ibexes fit into this high Alpine habitat. Mountain fauna and flora get accustomed to the rough climate as well. With a bit of luck you can hear the marmots whistle or catch a glimpse of them from a distance. An overnight stay at one of the countless mountain huts creates memories that will stay with you forever – especially for early birds watching the sun rise at dawn.

Hildesheimer Hütte 2.899 m
On top you enjoy the best view: on the way to Hildesheimer Hütte at 2,899 m hikers can fully indulge in the ALPINE AREA, accompanied by 3,507 m high Zuckerhütl summit. This modern hut, built by the German Alpine Club in 1896, features state-of-the-art overnight and catering facilities.  The nearby via ferrata is a stone's throw away from the sun terrace. Warm meals all day long!

Brunnenkogelhaus 2.738 m
In a truly unique location right at the peak of 2,738 m tall Brunnenkogel: uninterrupted mountain views from dawn till dusk await you here.  Great place for an overnight stay. The hut, newly built in 2007, offers all modern amenities. Excellent plain cooking all day long, just perfect for ALPINE AREA explorers. Sölden's silent part has heaps of panoramic moments …
