The ELECTRIC MOUNTAIN FESTIVAL will not take place in April 2021, due to the legal regulations decreed by the Austrian Federal Government that do not allow major events. It has to be postponed already for the second time. But we'll be back for sure! And then we can again celebrate together at Giggijoch.

How you can participate

To take part in the competition, you solve the task that is given in the facebook posting!

Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to take part in the competition. The competition runs from the Saturday 06. March 2021 until the following Wednesday, 10. March 2021. For further information, please note the participation and data protection regulations.

The following will be raffled among the participants:

  • two festival passes for the EMF 2022 and a box of Sölsch brewed in Sölden

Who can win?

Eligible are people aged 18 and over. Employees of Bergbahnen Sölden and Ötztal Tourismus as well as their relatives are not eligible to participate.

 

Course of the competition

Participation in the competition takes place via the Facebook channel of the Electric Mountain Festival. Participation in the competition is free. The competition starts on March 06 with the and ends on March 10, 2021.

Winner determination

The winner will be drawn at the end of the competition. Notification of profit The winner will be contacted via direct message and notified of the prize and asked for confirmation (acceptance of the prize and further contact details).

The winners will be determined at random and notified via direct message on facebook.

The competition is not connected to Facebook & Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook or Instagram. The judges' decision is final.

 

Prize

  • 1x two festival passes for the EMF 2022 and a box of Sölsch brewed in Sölden

The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed in cash. A transfer to other people is not possible. A participant can forego the prize. In this case, the prize draw will be re-awarded at random among the eligible participants.

 

Redeeming the prize

The prize draw can be redeemed in the 2021/22 winter season.

 

Availability

SÖLDEN has the right to change a competition period at any time and without notice or to end a competition without notice, e.g. if the functionality of the systems should be restricted for technical or other reasons independent of SÖLDEN or if the suspicion should arise that a participant is trying to influence the results of the competition.

 

Liability

  1. The organizer is not liable for errors in the transmission of data, theft or destruction as well as unauthorized access to and changes to participant data, technical malfunctions of any kind, damage to the computer of a participant or any other person resulting from participation in the competition.
  2. The organizer has unlimited liability insofar as the cause of the damage is based on intent or gross negligence.
  3. Subject to availability, the organizer is liable for the slightly negligent breach of essential obligations, the breach of which jeopardizes the achievement of the purpose of the contract, or for the breach of obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the competition to be carried out properly in the first place and on which the contractual partners regularly rely . In this case, however, the organizer is only liable for the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. The organizer is not liable for the slightly negligent breach of obligations other than those mentioned in the preceding sentences.
  4. The above limitations of liability do not apply in the case of injury to life, body and health, for a defect after assuming quality guarantees for the quality of a product and for fraudulently concealed defects. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
  5. As far as the liability of the organizer is excluded or limited, this also applies to the personal liability of employees, representatives and vicarious agents of the organizer.

 

Data protection notice

  1. The organizer collects and uses the data of the participants for the purpose of the competition to be carried out. Any further collection and use of the data will only take place if the participants consent.
  2. The following data is collected from the participants by the organizer and is used to carry out and process the competition: gender, first and last name, birthday, country, email address.

  4. Upon request in writing or in text form, the participants can request information from the organizer at any time about which personal data is stored by the organizer, can request their correction and deletion and revoke data usage consents.
