The prize game is organized by Ötztal Tourismus. Any natural person reached the age of 18 is entitled to participate. The prize game starts on 21 Oct 2022; The closing date for participation in the prize game is 30 November 2022 at 11:59 pm. Late entries cannot be part of the competition.
Participation in the prize game is only permitted if the participant enters the prize game personally. Participation via automated procedures (e.g. via competition clubs or prize game service providers) is not permitted. In such cases and in the event of violation of the general participation terms or manipulations, we reserve the right to exclude the participants concerned.
Multiple comments from the same Facebook user and/or person will count as one entry in the prize game. A jury assesses the comments received on the basis of authenticity and creativity and will then select the winners of the prize game at their own discretion. For this purpose, all "Facebook names" of the participants are recorded and saved in order to determine the winner. Address data of the winners will later be recorded and only used to send the prize. The participants are entitled to statutory rights of information and revocation.
