This is the credo of Thomas Gstrein and his predecessor Christoph Gstrein, who are currently working side- by-side to continue the business to the next and fifth generation. In a new baking location, with the existing team, and with an exclusive shop with café. Grab a bite in between in the heart of Sölden. Only 100 meters from the Gaislachkoglbahn, next to the bike park.
