Your ticket is tied to a fixed time window (time slot). You can enter 007 ELEMENTS at any time during this time slot. The time slot only determines your entry time, not how long you can stay. This system ensures a relaxed and smooth experience for all visitors without long wait times.

The ticket number (starting with 12-...) is printed on your physical ticket or shown in your online booking confirmation.

NOTE:

If you have already collected your ski pass, you can only book the time slot with your BS number.

For 6+ day ski passes, the BS-number is located directly on the front of the ski pass (beginning with 1-1091-...).

You will find the order number (beginning with 95-2025-...) on the online booking receipt of your skipass order and in the confirmation email you will receive after your successful booking.

NOTE:

• If you have purchased multiple tickets and book a time slot using the order number, this time slot applies to all tickets in the same order.
• After you have collected your ski tickets from us on site, you can rebook the time slot for each ticket individually using the respective BS number (beginning with 1-1091-...).
• Alternatively, you can also book the time slot directly on site using the BS number.

Yes. Even if admission is included (e.g., with a 6+ day ski pass), you are required to book a time slot in advance in order to access the exhibition.

We recommend allowing 60 to 90 minutes for your visit. The average stay is about one hour. You are free to explore the exhibition at your own pace once inside, as long as you arrive during your booked time slot.
