Where can I find my order number?

You will find the order number (beginning with 95-2025-...) on the online booking receipt of your skipass order and in the confirmation email you will receive after your successful booking. NOTE: If you have purchased multiple tickets and book a time slot using the order number, this time slot applies to all tickets in the same order. After you have collected your ski tickets from us on site, you can rebook the time slot for each ticket individually using the respective BS number (beginning with 1-1091-...). Alternatively, you can also book the time slot directly on site using the BS number.

Q: How do I book my timeslot if I have purchased a 6+ day ski pass?

If you have purchased your 6+ day ski pass in our online shop and have not yet collected it, please enter your order number (beginning with 95-2025-...) when booking your timeslot. Once you have collected your ski pass or purchased it directly on site, please use the BS number (beginning with 1-1091-...) printed on your ski pass. You can use this number to book your time slot or rebook an existing time slot.

Yes. Even if admission is included (e.g., with a 6+ day ski pass), you are required to book a time slot in advance in order to access the exhibition.

Entry to 007 ELEMENTS is only possible with a valid time slot.

To set or change your time slot, please provide one of the following:

your ticket number (starting with 12-…)
for 6+ day ski passes, your order number (starting with 95-2025-…)

ATTENTION: Elements by Night (6:00–8:00 pm) – uphill ride only with a Night Ticket. Cable car ride not included.

Your ticket is tied to a fixed time window (time slot). You can enter 007 ELEMENTS at any time during this time slot. The time slot only determines your entry time, not how long you can stay. This system ensures a relaxed and smooth experience for all visitors without long wait times.

If you have purchased your 6+ day ski pass in our online shop and have not yet collected it, please enter your order number (beginning with 95-2025-...) when booking your timeslot.

A separate combination ticket is required for evening visits. This ticket is not included in regular day or multi-day tickets and must be purchased separately. The combination ticket includes use of the railways and admission to the museum.

6+ day Ski pass

Museum admission is included in the ticket price. When booking your time slot, please select the evening slot (6.00 pm - 8.00 pm). A night ticket is also required for evening use of the cable cars and can be purchased at the Gaislachkoglbahn ticket office.

We recommend allowing 60 to 90 minutes for your visit. The average stay is about one hour. You are free to explore the exhibition at your own pace once inside, as long as you arrive during your booked time slot.
