Due to the recommendation of the Austrian Ministry of Health, the ELECTRIC MOUNTAIN FESTIVAL 2020 at Giggijoch is canceled. Bergbahnen Sölden mountain lifts and Ötztal Tourismus board already start working on the presentation of an exciting line-up again next year. We have already fixed the date for 2021: 08. & 09.04.2021 |
1. What happens with tickets that have already been reserved?
All event tickets already purchased (including VIP packages) will be refunded. Bergbahnen Sölden will contact all customers who have already purchased the tickets online in order to arrange a quick refund.
2. What happens to my accommodation already booked?
If you do not start your vacation trip, the standard cancellation terms and conditions of the respective accommodation usually apply. Please contact your accommodation directly to achieve an individual agreement if necessary (e.g. booking a stay at a later date).
3. What happens to my package already booked?
If you do not start your vacation trip, the cancellation terms and conditions according to "General Terms and Conditions of Ötztal Tourismus Incoming GmbH" - which were sent with the booking confirmation, usually apply. 4. Will the same music artists come next year?
Bergbahnen Sölden lift company and Ötztal Tourismus board are in contact with the management and will try to organize the 2021 Acts in Sölden again. In any case, an exciting line-up is guaranteed, which will be published immediately after the contract is signed.
A top-class DJ lineup amidst the unique scenery of the Ötztal mountains. The ninth edition of the ELECTRIC MOUNTAIN FESTIVAL combines everything that international stars and thousands of fans love.
First you hit the splendid slopes of Sölden and afterwards you celebrate with the world's most popular DJs. The unique combination at the ELECTRIC MOUNTAIN FESTIVAL on 02 and 03 April is truly convincing. Equally unique is the setup in Giggijoch‘s Fun Zone at almost 2200 m. The festival stage up there is built on snow and welcomes you in XXL format - including a huge LED wall covering almost 40 m².

One thing is for sure: what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. But what happens to star DJ Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike in Sölden? Come and experience it for yourself! We proudly present the Belgian DJ brothers as first headliner of the ELECTRIC MOUNTAIN FESTIVAL 2020.
Does one of the biggest acts of electronic dance music (EDM) still need an introduction? Ok, here we go: within only a few years, the Belgian brothers (of Greek origin) Dimitri and Michael "Mike" Thivaios have climbed the EDM Olympus. Dimitri started his career as a DJ in varied discos and toured across Europe while his brother Michael focused on the production of songs in the studio.
In 2007, the brothers then released their first track together. In the course of the following years, the two build up a reputation as popular remix artists - among others, they also received orders from world stars such as Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez or Snoop Dogg.
In 2010 they were highly EDM-awarded when they were selected to produce the anthem for the world's most famous electronic music festival "Tomorrowland" taking place in Belgium. The following year they repeated the coup and met all criteria to become a flagship of the entire festival.
The rest is a story of success: today, the duo with countless successful productions and collaborations ranks among the most influential DJs & producers world-wide. In the ranking of the Top 100 EDM DJs presented by DJMag, they occupy the second place for the third year in a row. More than 13 million fans on Facebook and 4 million subscribers on Instagram and YouTube speak for themselves!

Powerful support on the first festival day
Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike will rock the festival stage on Thursday, 02 April 2020, the first day of the event. For a perfect warm-up of your dance legs they present the two support acts MATTN and DJ Angemi live at Giggijoch. While the Belgian DJ Anouk Matton aka MATTN will perform already for the second time in Sölden, Italy's DJ Angemi - known for his "What if" videos on Facebook - celebrates his premiere at the ELECTRIC MOUNTAIN FESTIVAL.
The cat is out of the bag now: On the second day of the festival Salvatore Ganacci completes the line-up of the ELECTRIC MOUNTAIN FESTIVAL as headliner. As a prime support act, the Dutch DJ Duo Zonderling will make your legs shake. One thing is already for sure: It will be fairly eccentric!
The music producer and DJ, born in Bosnia, can be confidently called top stage performer. With quite crazy performances and idiosyncratic dance shows - including pushups on stage - he has already left a lasting impression on legendary EDM festivals such as Tomorrowland. Also his club hit "Fresh" left lasting traces in the year 2014, which represented his musical breakthrough. This year's banger "Horse" already notched up 16 million YouTube clicks. It will be interesting to see which performance the fancy DJ has planned for the EMF stage!
As Zonderling ("eccentric"), the Dutch top DJs Jaap de Vries and Martijn Van Sonderen have already become popular in the scene. The hit "Crazy" together with Lost Frequencies brought them to the big Future House stages in almost no time. And they stormed the charts. Now the duo performs pulsating tracks like "Zinderlog" at the probably coolest DJ console in the Alps.
