1. What happens with tickets that have already been reserved?
All event tickets already purchased (including VIP packages) will be refunded. Bergbahnen Sölden will contact all customers who have already purchased the tickets online in order to arrange a quick refund.
2. What happens to my accommodation already booked?
If you do not start your vacation trip, the standard cancellation terms and conditions of the respective accommodation usually apply. Please contact your accommodation directly to achieve an individual agreement if necessary (e.g. booking a stay at a later date).
3. What happens to my package already booked?
If you do not start your vacation trip, the cancellation terms and conditions according to "General Terms and Conditions of Ötztal Tourismus Incoming GmbH" - which were sent with the booking confirmation, usually apply. 4. Will the same music artists come next year?
Bergbahnen Sölden lift company and Ötztal Tourismus board are in contact with the management and will try to organize the 2021 Acts in Sölden again. In any case, an exciting line-up is guaranteed, which will be published immediately after the contract is signed.
