ELECTRIC MOUNTAIN FESTIVAL 2015

13,000 cheering fans at the Electric Mountain Festival 2015 in Sölden

Pulsating beats in the snow: this is the secret of success at the fourth edition of the Electric Mountain Festival attracting thousands of electric music lovers from around the globe. Sölden's Giggijoch at 2300 meters altitude once again turned into the Alps' Biggest Dance Club for an entire weekend.

Electronic party music and pleasant springtime temperatures were the perfect ingredients for some 13,000 fans on April 10 and 11. The fourth festival edition was blessed by endless sunshine and deep blue skies. The very first day was signed by performances of top stars like Klangkarussell, Fedde le Grand and The Avener. Cool rhythms and burning turntables all over the undisputed Heartbeat of th Alps. Even the artists themselves were totally enthusiastic about the mountain stage. Netherlands' Fedde le Grand shared the following on Facebook (more than 2 million fans): "Great Night at EMF". The "mountainproof" Austrian stars of Klangkarussell said thank you for the really exceptional Alpine setting. Last year we saw Martin Solveig's live performance while this year the French "The Avener" super heroes rocked the stage. Additionally, the music producer from Nice celebrated his very first live premiere in Austria, comprising also his unrivaled hit "The Fade Out Line.

DVBBS from Canada and Netherlands' Nicky Romero appeared live on stage on the last festival day. Electronic Dance Music at its finest in Sölden! The two artists, who became friends a long time ago, were pleased about their reunion in the Ötztal. Somet 6,000 fans enjoyed their splendid show. The two DVBBS brothers had a great time in Sölden, too. The concert was followed by a huge number of autograph and photo sessions against the lovely Alpine backdrop - for example on speedy skidoos across the Ötztal mountains. House DJ Romero attracted an infinite number of fans wearing "Nicky Romero" shirts or masks. The artist liked it very much and made an unbeatable performance in Sölden, sharing the "Electric Mountain!" event also with the Facebook community (about 6 million fans). A unique event in a fabulous location plus club atmosphere at its best, embedded in the picture-book Alpine scenery. Sölden is the undisputed hot spot when it comes to open-air beats also in the year to come.
