Double room "Nederkogl" type A with approx. 28 m² - 30 m² on the 3rd floor: double room with a sofa (sleeping possibility for 2 more persons) and in light spruce wood, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 separate WC. Partially our rooms have a balcony. The rooms all have a pull-out couch for the 3rd and 4th person.

Single room "Sölden" with approx. 18 m², 1 bathroom with shower/WC and a balcony.

Double room "Nederkogl" type B on the 3rd floor with approx. 21 m² - 26 m²: 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 separate WC.

Double room "oak" with approx. 22 m² and balcony: wooden floor, comfortable sitting area, 1 bathroom shower and WC.

Family room "Brunnenkogl" with approx. 38 m²: 1 double bed and 2 single beds, located to the rear with terrace, 1 bathroom with a combination of bath- and whirlpooltub and shower, 1 separate WC.

Spruce wood, dignified fabrics, wooden floor for allergy sufferers - this is our double room "Spruce" with approx. 24 m²: double bed and one single bed, balcony, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 separate WC.

Double room "Zirbe" with approx. 22 m² and balcony - very suitable for allergy sufferers: wooden floors, Swiss pine wood and dignified fabrics, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Partly separate beds are possible on request.

Approx. 22 m², balcony, wooden floors, Swiss pine wood and dignified fabrics can be found in our triple room "Zirbe" - ideally suited for allergy sufferers. Double bed and a single bed, 1 bathroom with shower and WC.
