4 Night trail - Längenfeld

The Tour
The starting point is at the Längenfeld Sports Center. At the beginning, the trail runs through the swimming pool area (biathlon possibility) and then through meadows and a small wooded area to the Ötztaler Ache river. After crossing the bridge, the route continues flat towards Oberried and returns to the starting point.
After a round on the cross-country ski trail, you can relax wonderfully at the Aqua Dome - Tirol Therme Längenfeld.

From the sports field in Längenfeld, the trail first leads to Oberried and then returns to the starting point.

Travel comfortably and safely by train. The final stop or exit point is the ÖTZTAL train station. Afterwards, you can conveniently and quickly travel through the entire valley to your desired destination by public bus or local taxi companies.

- Cross-country skis – skating skis or classic skis
- Cross-country poles with appropriate length
- Cross-country boots – precise fit, should provide firm support and fit snugly
- Clothing – functional underwear with long arms and legs, special running tights and tight pants, water-repellent and breathable jacket recommended
- Gloves should ensure a firm grip and optimal pole handling
