From the middle station of the Gaislachkoglbahn, you hike via the Zwergerlweg to the Goldeggalm. From the Goldeggalm, a new hiking trail towards Sölden has been designed, which is very pleasant for children to walk on and is also separated from mountain bikers.
Furthermore, there is also the wide forest road that also leads down to Sölden.

Roadbook

Public transport
Travel comfortably and safely by train to the Ötztal train station. The final stop or exit point is ÖTZTAL station.
Afterwards, you travel conveniently and quickly with public transport or local taxis through the entire valley to your desired destination.

Directions
The drive into ÖTZTAL. Located in Tyrol, the ÖTztal branches to the south as the longest side valley of the Eastern Alps.
Arrival by car leads holidaymakers over the Inn valley to the valley entrance and further along the Ötztal.
Besides the toll motorway, country roads can also be used.

Equipment
Proper equipment such as breathable and weather-appropriate outdoor clothing, ankle-high hiking boots, wind, rain, and sun protection, a cap, possibly gloves, is required for all hikes and routes. Carrying a first aid kit, a mobile phone, and possibly a hiking map, as well as sufficient provisions for hikes without a possibility to stop for food, is necessary.
