HUMAN RACE Exhibition

A living installation

Art on the glacier

Amidst Sölden's spectacular glacier scenery at over 2,600 meters above sea level, Tirolean photo artist Alexander Maria Lohmann created the first phase of his long-term art project HUMAN RACE - which is intended as a memorial for the future of humanity. The entire exhibition centers on seven monumental works up to 3.5 meters high, addressing topics such as climate crisis, species extinction and artificial intelligence. The exhibition is freely accessible and open to the public until summer 2026
