The keys are stored for you at the main reception located at Dorfstraße 66, 6450 Sölden, Austria.
Main reception opening hours: Peak season 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Off-peak season 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Please have a credit card (VISA or MasterCard) ready for check-in. Card number, expiration date, and CVC code will be held as a deposit.
Arrival: Drive towards the center of Sölden. You will find us on the right side, opposite the Katapult
If arriving after 8:00 PM or experiencing a long wait at reception, you can use our Ariane machine at the entrance of A CASA Check-in for self-check-in
