Fully equipped kitchen with dishware and cooking utensils, ceramic hob with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso capsule coffee machine or filter coffee machine, and much more. Living room with dining area, cozy chill-out chairs, flat-screen TV. 1 bathroom with bathtub, toilet, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer. All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs.

The new studio apartment (approximately 22 m²) is located on the 2nd floor - partially with a sloping roof - consists of box spring beds (two single beds possible), kitchen island (with cooking field, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, tea bar, Nespresso capsule machine), bathroom with shower/WC, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, toiletries, flat-screen TV, and safe.
