In summer, it is an ideal starting point for numerous hikes and other activities. In winter, it is centrally located at the valley descent (about 50 m away) to the Giggijochbahn. The free ski bus goes directly from the house to the Giggijochbahn. The winter hiking trails pass by the house. Restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity and easily accessible on foot.
