Arrival: Head towards the town center, turn right 50m before the BP gas station (traffic control zone H); follow Lärchenstraße, turn left at the 1st intersection; turn right at the 2nd intersection, go straight, after the sign "H4" our house is on the right.

Includes: parking, ski & bike room, Wi-Fi, wellness area in autumn/winter - late Oct. to late April (from 15 years, 4x weekly), sauna towels, bed linen, towels, 10-15 % rental discount at partner sports shop;
As a "Bike Homes" partner, we meet the Ötztal bike criteria.
Excludes: local tax, bathrobe (rental fee), bread roll service / apartment.
Additional costs: from 12 overnight stays, an additional fee of € 45,– per person for interim cleaning.

to prepare fondue or raclette, as well as to use air fryer & deep fryer. - External persons are strictly prohibited from entering our house! Anyone who deliberately brings or invites external persons into the house will automatically be charged additional costs (from € 45.00 per person)!
