The Private Chalet s'Tyrolia – 600 years of history. Newly created for new memories.

For many centuries, s'Tyrolia was part of the townscape of Zwieselstein. The approximately 600-year-old farmhouse was a piece of lived Ötztal history – until it was lost in a fire on February 23, 2025.

In 2026, The Private Chalet s'Tyrolia was completely newly built at this special location. Not as a copy of the past, but as a high-quality private chalet that combines alpine character and the history of the house with modern living comfort.

Today, The Private Chalet s'Tyrolia offers plenty of space for shared vacation days for families and friends of 4 to 12 people. Wood, glass, and natural materials create a warm, alpine atmosphere. Four bathrooms, a large infrared cabin, as well as generous terraces and balconies ensure additional comfort.

The chalet is also technically up-to-date: Loxone Smart Home system, own PV system, and Wi-Fi combine comfort with the latest technology. There are two covered parking spaces with E-charging stations available directly at the house.

The chalet is quietly located at 1,470 m above sea level, right at the foot of our local mountain, the 3,163 m high Nederkogel. The bus stop is only about 120 m away from the chalet.

In winter, you can conveniently reach the ski areas Gurgl and Sölden every 10 minutes with the free ski buses. In summer, hikes and mountain experiences begin practically at your doorstep - the E5 long-distance hiking trail passes directly by the house. The popular Ötztal Inside Summer Card is also included for you.
