The base price includes 2 persons (excluding taxes), including a parking space of your choice for a caravan, motorhome, camper, van, or tent, as well as 5 kWh of electricity, free use of the in-house sauna area GREEN.SPA covering 500 m² with various saunas, steam bath, infrared cabin, etc., dishwashing room, fitness room, lounge, etc.
As a "Bike Homes" partner, we meet the Ötztal Bike criteria such as locked bike storage, washing facilities for bikes and bike clothing, bike repair stand and tools, as well as all bike information and bike tips on site.
Exclusive: local tax, pets (EUR 8.00 per pet/day), car in the underground garage upon request, private bathroom EUR 18.00, additional electricity/kWh EUR 1.00
Additional: Certified with the Austrian Environmental Label. We focus on environmentally friendly measures to provide guests with a resource-saving and comfortable stay. This includes the use of regional food, 100% renewable electricity, and energy-efficient solutions throughout the establishment. As a guest of our house, you will receive discounted entrance tickets for the AQUA DOME - the Tirol Therme Längenfeld.
