YOUR TICKET FOR THE WHITE WONDERLAND

How many times will you visit the ski slopes in Sölden? Winter sports aficionados can choose from myriad skipass types to suit all ages and preferences, ranging from beginners' tickets and hourly day passes to multi-day ski tickets, flexible passes or season tickets. Even more variety is provided by the valley-wide skipass which is automatically valid in Ötztal ski areas if you buy a ticket for 3 or more days.

Our online pricing system operates on automation and dynamic parameters. Various factors, including the seasonal period, volume of orders, day of the week, and historical data, influence the prices. In general, those who book early are guaranteed to benefit from the best price (up to -22%) - to the online ski ticket store.

Up to five days before the first ski pass day, the ski pass in the online store is always cheaper, thereafter (four days before) the regular cash desk rates apply.

The earlier you buy the ticket, the lower the price.
The online prices are available up to 5 days before the first skiing day, thereafter (from 4 days before) the regular cash desk rates apply.
Tickets purchased online can not be cancelled or refunded unless you opt for the cancellation protection upgrade.
With the cancellation protection upgrade, unused ski passes will be refunded until 5 DAYS BEFORE the 1st validity day of the ski pass without giving any reason.
Pick-up of ski passes purchased online can be done easily and conveniently at one of our pick-up machines (no ski pass deposit) OR at all cash desks of Bergbahnen Sölden and all sales partners (ski pass deposit of €3.00).

Important Information

CARD SYSTEM:
Ski passes are only available as hands-free key cards. Purchasing the Key Card lift ticket, you pay a single deposit of €3.00. This deposit will be refunded if the key card is returned in a reusable condition at all cashier desks, sports shops, some gas stations, and in many gastronomy businesses.
The ticket control takes place at all lifts and gondolas in the skiing area.
Discounted lift tickets (e.g. children, youths, handicapped, snow kids) are issued on presentation of a photo ID only!
Once purchased, tickets may not be exchanged or prolonged afterward.
NO REFUND in case of loss.
For overlapping season times, we charge a mixed rate.

Discount for Groups

Groups in the Sölden ski area benefit from particularly attractive ski pass rates in autumn, early winter, and spring. Bergbahnen Sölden offers group discounts for groups of 20 or more people.

Sölden's mountain lift company has launched a special ticket for three beginner-friendly areas in the Sölden ski region. Thanks to this budget-friendly option, practicing on the wide-open ski slopes is twice as much fun.

Night Ticket

WEDNESDAY NIGHT FEVER: Dates to be announced

The Night Ticket is required for the weekly night skiing tobogganing event from the End of December until the End of March at the middle station of Gaislachkogl gondola.

Tickets can be purchased at the ski pass offices of Gaislachkogl and Giggijoch mountain gondola. The rental of toboggans is not included and has to be paid separately, toboggans are available at all sports shops.

Slope Rescue Card

Carefree ski days thanks to the Slope Rescue Card

The ace up your sleeve in case you don't have adequate insurance coverage for alpine rescues (e.g. complementary health insurance, credit card insurance, driver's club coverage, etc.): with the Sölden Slope Rescue Card you are always on the safe side in case of an accident and you don't have to pay the rescue costs listed below.

Which services are included in the Sölden Slope Rescue Card?

The Slope Rescue Card includes the rescue service and first aid at no charge for injured persons within the entire secured Ski Area of Sölden and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl during regular ski operations. Also the transport of the rescued person by the slope rescue team is included, depending on the injury’s gravity – either by Akja sled or skidoo – to the Red Cross or rescue helicopter base. Costs arising from an Alpine rescue operation by a rescue helicopter are covered by the Slope Rescue Card subsidiarily and only in case if the rescued person has no other valid rescue insurance which refunds the slope rescue costs (subsidiarity principle).

PLEASE NOTE: Costs arising from ambulance transports made by the Austrian Red Cross are not included and must be paid separately.

Where do you get the Sölden Slope Rescue Card?

You can purchase a Sölden Slope Rescue Card when buying your skipass at one of our ski ticket desks. It is also possible to obtain a Slope Rescue Card if you have already bought your skipass - but not after the accident has occurred. The term of insurance is equal to the period of validity of the skipass (it's not possible to extend it).

Price: € 4 per person and skipass

RESCUE/FIRST AID COSTS

If the injured party does not have a Sölden Slope Rescue Card, he / she must pay the following
costs:

Rescue/first aid by the slope rescue team:

on the ski slope € 195*
free skiing terrain € 250*
helicotper rescue € 220*

* Costs incurred for rescue transport by the Red Cross and/or helicopter are NOT included in the piste rescue ticket and will be charged separately by the respective agencies.

Cost absorption from the piste rescue card takes place according to the subsidiarity principle (see above).

SERVICE TRANSPORT | SUPPLY WITHOUT TRANSPORT:

€ 45 lump sum or according to expenditure (transport of persons is not included in the piste rescue ticket).
