Cross the wooden bridge and hike towards Windau.
The path leads you through the districts of Platte and Wildmoos up to Moosalm.

Public transport
Public-transport-friendly
Travel comfortably and safely by train to the ÖTZTAL station. The final stop or exit point is the ÖTZTAL station. Afterwards, you can conveniently and quickly travel by public transit or local taxi services through the entire valley to your desired destination.

Directions
The drive into the ÖTZTAL. Located in Tyrol, the ÖTZTAL branches southward as the longest side valley of the Eastern Alps. Traveling by car takes visitors through the Inn valley to the valley entrance and further up the Ötztal. Alongside the toll motorway, country roads can also be used. The route planner allows you to quickly and easily plan the drive:

Appropriate equipment such as breathable and weather-appropriate outdoor clothing, ankle-high hiking boots, wind, rain, snow, and sun protection, a hat, and gloves is required for all hikes and routes.
