Venter Hörnle – towards the chamois

Join us for an unforgettable adventure in the picturesque mountaineering village of Vent: our path leads us over the bridge from the Spiegelbach and winds through fragrant larch forests up to the Ochsenkopf, where a colorful variety of flowers and herbs awaits us depending on the season. We make a quick detour to the Hohlen Stein, a Paleolithic hunter’s camp. We follow the gentle serpentine paths to the Hörnle (2,406 m), where we enjoy a well-deserved summit snack and admire the breathtaking view of Vent as well as the majestic three-thousanders in the area. With a little luck, we might even observe some animals in search of food. We return to Vent along the same path we used for the ascent.
