RESTRICTIONS HIGH MUT CABLE CAR.
Due to construction work, the lower section (Mut Cable Car Section I) will be out of operation in summer 2026. The upper section (Hohe Mut Cable Car II) to the Hohe Mut Alm operates as usual with slightly adjusted operating hours.
Hiking Trail
A specially marked hiking trail leads you through the larch forest directly to the middle station (start of Section Hohe Mut Cable Car II).
Shuttle Buses
Town center Obergurgl <-> Section Hohe Mut Cable Car II
- Operates daily from 9:00 a.m. – 4:15 p.m. at 20-minute intervals
- No shuttle service between 12:00 p.m. – 1:20 p.m.
- No bike transport

in the Gurgl Carat foyer from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
