In 2026, the Chalet s'Tyrolia was newly created at this special location. Not as a copy of the past, but as a high-quality private chalet that combines the history and character of the old house with modern alpine living feel.

Today, s'Tyrolia is a private retreat for families and friends with up to 12 people – on the quiet outskirts of Zwieselstein, at an altitude of 1,470 meters, and right at the foot of the 3,163-meter-high local mountain - the Nederkogel. Surrounded by the impressive mountain world of the Ötztal.

The location uniquely combines central location AND peace: Zwieselstein lies between Sölden, Gurgl, and Vent. The bus stop is only about 120 meters from the chalet, providing a convenient connection to the surrounding ski and hiking areas.
