Cancellation policy
Did you add cancellation protection to your booking?
Then you're well covered just in case. Here you'll find all the important information about applicable conditions, deadlines, and requirements clearly summarized. Please take a moment to read through the details carefully – that way, you'll know exactly what to do if you need to cancel your booking.
- These cancellation conditions ("Conditions") apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions (available here) to all customers ("Customers") of Bergbahnen Sölden ("BBS") who have purchased a cancellation protection upgrade in the ski ticket shop on soelden.com.
- The cancellation protection upgrade applies exclusively to ski tickets issued by Bergbahnen Sölden. It does not apply to other services provided by BBS, particularly tickets for 007 Elements, event tickets, or other offerings.
- Only one cancellation protection upgrade can be purchased per ski ticket.
- The cancellation protection upgrade is limited to the period specified at the time of booking and cannot be used for other days or bookings.
- Cancellations may only be made by the person who completed the original booking in the ski ticket shop. To do so, the customer must send a cancellation request via email to BBS at orders@soelden.com.
- In the event of a valid cancellation, BBS will refund the ticket price to the original payment method used by the customer.
- Cancellations must be submitted no later than five days before the first day of validity ("Cancellation Deadline"). After this deadline has passed, the cancellation protection expires and can no longer be used.
- The cancellation protection fee must be paid at the time of booking and is due immediately.
- Customers are not required to provide a reason for the cancellation. Therefore, cancellations are permitted without stating any justification.
